Grill 58 Welcomes Angler for Its First-Ever Asia Collaboration

Food lovers are in for a rare culinary experience on August 21 and 22 as MGM COTAI’s signature fire-inspired restaurant, “Grill 58”,  joins forces with San Francisco’s acclaimed MICHELIN-Starred seafood destination, “Angler”, for an exclusive two-day dining event.

Marking Angler’s first-ever collaboration in Asia, Chef de Cuisine Joe Hou and his team will partner with Grill 58’s Chef de Cuisine Basil Yu and his team to present a limited-time four-hands menu celebrating the art of live-fire cooking.

Drawing inspiration from both sides of the Pacific, the chefs will showcase premium seafood and meats through refined grilling techniques that highlight the natural flavors of exceptional ingredients.

A highlight of the event will be the chefs’ visit to Macau’s local fish market to handpick the freshest catch of the day. They will present a surprise limited dish inspired by the day’s harvest.

Guests can further elevate the experience with exceptional wine pairings curated by Andy Tam, Assistant Director of Beverage at MGM. Recently crowned “Best Sommelier of Macau” at the Tatler Best Hong Kong and Macau Awards 2026, to unlock a one-of-a-kind wineand dine journey. Seats are limited.
