Organized by the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau in collaboration with the Macao Government Tourism Office and the Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center, the 2019 Macao Smart Hotel Awards is now open for applications.
The contest aims to award hotels that have enhanced their business efficiency and optimized customer experiences through comprehensive communication networks and advanced electronic professional solutions.
The award of prizes for such development will, according to the organizers, contribute to raising the importance and participation of the hotel industry in the development of intellectualization, promoting intelligent management and meeting customer needs, contributing in this way to the development of Macau as a World Tourism and Leisure Center.
The event includes several awards, namely in the areas of Network and Communications Service, Intelligent Customer Experience and Application of Creative Technologies. Applications may be submitted from now until August 9. RM
