Macau New Neighbourhood to launch new tower

Tower 11 of the Hengqin Macau New Neighbourhood (MNN) project will officially go on sale at 9 a.m. tomorrow, Sept. 19, offering Macau residents a chance to explore modern, spacious living options in neighboring Hengqin.

The new tower features seven units per floor, with two-bedroom apartments of about 88 square meters and three-bedroom units around 118 square meters.

Each home is fully finished with premium fittings including air conditioning, smart thermostatic gas water heaters, balconies, and kitchens outfitted with branded disinfection cabinets, cabinetry, gas cookers, and extractor hoods.

To mark the launch Friday, developer Macau Urban Renewal Limited (MUR) will roll out a “Massive Triple Treat” promotion. According to their announcement, eligible buyers can receive discounts on parking spaces, renovations, and electronic appliances.

The MNN community is situated in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and designed to provide a high-quality living environment for Macau residents.

Nestled between Xiao Hengqin Mountain and the Tianmu River, the project features a greening rate exceeding 35%, surrounded by lush natural scenery.

Residents have access to a range of clubhouse facilities, including a banquet hall, Pilates studio, gym, children’s play area, snooker room, outdoor pools, courts, and landscaped areas.

Key services such as a health station, government self-service center, school, and senior service centers are already in operation, with a secondary school scheduled to open by the end of the year.

Additionally, shuttle buses run between Hengqin Port’s North 2 Gate and MNN from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. to improve access for residents.

MNN is the first housing development in Hengqin specifically targeted at Macau residents.
