Melco collaborates with Black Pearl Diamond restaurants to offer gastronomic experience
Melco Style is presenting the “2022 The Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series” to open on June 24 to 25 in Macau, organized by Melco Resorts & Entertainment in partnership with the 2022 Black Pearl diamond restaurants.
Tickets for the crossover collaboration of Macau between the acclaimed Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake will go on sale from June 1.
The eight-course menu has been crafted by the Black Pearl three diamond restaurants and will bring together the “best flavors of authentic Cantonese and Zhejiang cuisines in a once-in-a-lifetime gourmet extravaganza at Jade Dragon,” the gaming operator said in a statement.
The evenings will feature a harmonious combination of some of the most well-loved signature dishes by Chinese Executive Chef Wang Yong of Jin Sha and also some off-menu delicacies that are created exclusively for the occasions by Executive Chef Kelvin Au Yeung of Jade Dragon.
This inaugural four-hands dinner is part of the gastronomic activities of “Tasty June”, one of the monthly themes of the Macau Government Tourism Office’s “Experience Macao, Unlimited” promotional campaign this year.
