Melco Resorts & Entertainment recently held the “To the Table by SMEs” F&B event as part of its “Knowing You, Knowing Us” campaign.
The campaign was developed to offer a communications platform for SMEs to develop a better understanding of Melco’s procurement requirements and standards, while enabling the Melco team to better understand local suppliers, their businesses, products and services.
During the event, Melco introduced its food safety guidelines, hygiene standards and latest sustainability initiatives to attendees, and the company’s supply chain, F&B and culinary teams were present to taste and experience products and services offered by participating local SMEs.
Donald Tateishi, senior vice president, Finance (Macau), said, “The event aims to enable direct dialogue between Melco and local SME suppliers. […] We will continue providing educational initiatives to strengthen local SME organizations, equipping them to provide the best products and services to Melco and the broader industry.”
