Melco Resorts & Entertainment has been honored by Asia’s premier gaming awards, Asia Gaming Awards 2023, for the achievements of Best Responsible Gaming Program and Outstanding Contribution in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The accolades recognize the efficacy of Melco’s responsible gaming (RG) initiatives and commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of RG in every jurisdiction of operation.

Lawrence Ho, chairman & CEO, said, “It is an honor to be recognized by Asia Gaming Awards for Melco’s commitment to the community through our continued and proactive efforts in the areas of CSR and RG.”

“We look forward to further promoting and instilling a culture of RG within the company and the community through our three-pronged strategy that includes technology and process, community engagement and colleague education,” he added.

In 2021, City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau became the first organizations in Macau to achieve RG Check accreditation by the prestigious international third-party Responsible Gambling Council.
