MGM and DSAL co-organize emcee skills training program

MGM, in partnership with the Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL), concluded the “Professional Workforce Development Series – Emcee Skills Training Program” aimed at enhancing team members’ communication and presentation skills.

The program, coordinated by the Macau Live Streamer and Influencer Association, featured 30 participants from various MGM departments undergoing 10 hours of training covering public speaking, styling, stage presence, and thematic speech delivery.

The closing ceremony took place at MGM Cotai Grand Salon with representatives from both MGM and DSAL in attendance.

Graduates received joint certificates, reinforcing the program’s commitment to strengthening workforce professionalism in line with Macau’s “1+4” economic diversification strategy.

Deputy director Chan Tze Wai emphasized the importance of strong communication skills in tourism, while MGM’s Wendy Yu highlighted the company’s dedication to staff development. Since 2020, over 5,700 MGM employees have benefited from similar training initiatives.
