MGM China Holdings Ltd is preparing to launch the Poly MGM Museum, a new state-of-the-art exhibition space located at MGM Macau, to promote Chinese culture. The museum is a collaboration between MGM China and Poly Culture Group Corporation Ltd and will open in November, utilizing innovative technology to showcase treasures from 20 national museums. Spanning nearly 2,000 square meters, the Poly MGM Museum will feature works by Chinese and international artists with flexible LED displays to create a dynamic space. MGM China chairperson Pansy Ho said the museum highlights Macau’s role in cultural exchange along the Maritime Silk Road. Wang Bo of Poly Culture stated the goal is to foster dialogue between civilizations. The new museum is part of MGM China’s pledge to invest in non-gaming attractions as Macau’s gaming operators diversify under new concession terms.
