Hac Sa Beach will host the 2024 Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) Macao Grand Prix MotoSurf World Championship Finals from Nov. 22 to 24, marking the event’s Macau debut. The finals are co-organized by Melco Resorts & Entertainment and the Macau MotoSurf Association and presented by UIM and Wuling Technology Ltd.
Over 120 elite racers from more than 22 countries will compete in seven categories, showcasing incredible speed and skill on the electrically or fuel-powered surfboards. The women’s champion will qualify as the first representative for MotoSurf, making its debut at the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China.
The racing will be held daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. before sunset and offers Macau audiences their first chance to experience the growing international water sport. MotoSurf, officially recognized by UIM in 2019, has become a global phenomenon since emerging in 2012. It demands exceptional talent from its athletes.
