MGM has won 28 international and regional HR accolades solely in 2020, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
In the future, MGM pledged that it will continue to pursue innovation with a “pragmatic approach to build a team of excellence that helps strengthening Macau’s position as world center of tourism and leisure.”
Pansy Ho, Co-Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “It is of our utmost priority to fulfill corporate social responsibilities in grounding every one of our HR policies.”
“Leveraging on our strong ties within MGM Resorts International and Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, we are able to broaden the horizons for our local talents as well as provide additional training resources to our community,” she added.
MGM said in the statement that it became the only enterprise in Macau to attain some of the most prestigious awards, including the “Grand Award in the Human Capital Development Category” at the PATA Gold Awards 2020.
