MGM’s Macau Space Dream Project returns to inspire youth in aerospace

The “MGM Youth Popular Science Series: Macau Space Dream Project” has returned for its third year, aiming to cultivate future technology leaders for Macau and inspire young people to play a role in the nation’s aerospace development, according to Kenneth Feng, CEO of MGM China Holdings Limited.
This year’s program saw primary school participants attend a full-day study experience at Zhuhai Aerospace Land, while winning secondary school teams will travel to Beijing for an aerospace study tour.
Since its launch, the project has attracted 672 students and has become Macau’s first youth education program dedicated to space science and payload technology.
Running for six months, the initiative features the “Macau Youth Creative Design Competition of Space Experiment” for secondary school students and the “Aerospace Scenario Experience Camp” for primary school pupils.
