Sands China has extended its exhibition, A Century of Iec Long Firecracker Factory in Radiance, through Nov. 29, 2026, at the Sands Gallery following strong public engagement since its March launch.

The display highlights Macau’s industrial history through the Iec Long Firecracker Factory, the region’s largest and most intact surviving firecracker production site.

Developed over two years, the showcase features more than 400 artifacts, including archival documents, historic correspondence, tools, and packaging labels sourced from the Macao Museum, the Archives of Macao, and the Macau University of Science and Technology Library.

The three-month extension introduces newly acquired historical documents and physical artifacts collected by curator Ung Vai Meng, alongside interactive features designed to enhance visitor engagement.
