Sands China continues to expand its non-gaming experiences, launching the new Sands Performing Arts Program. The program aims to highlight performing arts in Macau, including national and overseas performing art projects.
The program will feature a series of performances in multiple genres such as music, dance, and Cantonese opera among others. It will include the Peony Pavilion, a performance for the China Theatre Plum Blossom Award competition, as well as the Floral Princess 65th Anniversary Macao 2023, which features a renowned Cantonese opera repertoire.
“Over the past two decades, Sands China has been deeply rooted in Macau, consistently supporting the growth of non-gaming offerings such as local arts and culture,” president of Sands China, Wilfred Wong, said.
“This will not only enrich the non-gaming experiences of residents and visitors, but also strengthen our commitment to the city’s cultural and artistic growth,” Wong added.
