Sands China to hold its seventh shopping carnival

Supporting SME visibility and local spending, Sands China Ltd. will host its annual Sands Shopping Carnival from July 23 to 26 at The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo.

The carnival program, initially launched in 2020 to support local small and medium-sized enterprises, will remain free for exhibitors across all four days, marking the seventh consecutive year the company has waived booth fees.

Applications for booths will run from May 19 to 29.

Since its launch, the carnival has drawn more than 640,000 visitors and provided 4,000 free booths, according to Sands China.

This year, organizers expect more than 580 booths spanning categories including household goods, food and beverage, cultural and creative products, and Macau specialty souvenirs. Family activities, sports experiences, and a food court area are also planned.
