Sands China Ltd. is participating in the ‘Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Macao SAR – International Cities of Gastronomy Fest, Macao,’ held at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf from June 14 – 23.

This event is the largest international gastronomic and cultural event held in Macau in recent years and Sands Dining is presenting an array of epicurean experiences to highlight its diversity to residents and visitors.

The event features representatives from 30 UNESCO-designated Creative Cities of Gastronomy in Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and South and North Americas.

Additionally, there are around 100 food stalls offering a selection of sweet and savory delights from Churchill’s Table Boutique.

Tonight, Chris Yeap, Senior Chef at Churchill’s Table, will participate in the ‘City of Gastronomy Showcase’ on behalf of Sands China, and demonstrate one of the restaurant’s signature dishes, lobster seafood risotto. There will also be a sampling session of Sands Dining’s gastronomic brilliance.
