StarWorld Hotel has recently launched the “Spice Up Your Life” campaign at four of its Chinese restaurants, enhancing its guests’ dining experience with “A Sichuan Journey with Master Chefs.”

An exclusive menu jointly presented by guest chef Lan Qijin, master of Sichuan cuisine, and executive Chinese chef of Starworld Hotel, Chan Chek Keong, will be available at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Feng Wei Ju until December 1.

Upholding traditional Sichuan culinary art and techniques, the two master chefs will craft an 11-course menu infused with diverse tastes from Sichuan cuisine. The 11 selected delicacies on the menu present the essence of Sichuan cuisine through different flavors and the use of fresh ingredients and spices, according to a statement.

Chef Chan Chek Keong has overtaken Feng Wei Ju to become the only Hunan and Sichuan restaurant with two Michelin stars for three consecutive years in Hong Kong and Macau.
