Studio City has launched the “Taste of Malaysia Buffet” at its Spotlight restaurant, running throughout August.

The event aims to bring authentic Malaysian flavors to locals and tourists, while supporting Macau’s positioning as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

At the launch ceremony, Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong and Macao Muzambli Markam remarked that the buffet “promises a tantalizing spread of Malaysian food to indulge your taste buds.”

He added that it “reflects Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity, producing a wide range of symphony of flavors.”

The menu features a variety of dishes from across Malaysia, including Malacca Nyonya cuisine, Ipoh street food, Kuala Lumpur specialties, Penang street snacks, and desserts such as durian and Nyonya sweets. Seasonal seafood selections such as oysters, sashimi, and chilled seafood platters are also part of the offering.
