Studio City launched “Flavors of Malaysia” Seafood Barbecue Buffet at its Spotlight restaurant throughout August.
According to a statement issued by the gaming operator, the buffet offers guests an authentic taste of Malaysian cuisine, featuring a variety of delectable Malay delicacies.
Muzambli Markam, Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong and Macau, said in his remarks: “I am glad to see the traditional Malaysian gastronomy being brought to Macau by Studio City and showcasing the rich Malaysian culture with the authentic flavors of Malaysia to all residents and tourists from around the world.”
This year, Melco properties have earned the greatest number of stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2024.
The Malaysian seafood barbecue buffet also features a vibrant dessert selection, including durian-based crepes, tarts, puffs, and ice cream, as well as classic Malaysian treats like “Ais Kacang” and Cendol.
