Three MGM restaurants recognized by Trip.Gourmet


Three MGM restaurants in Macau have been recognized in Trip.Gourmet’s 2027 Global Fine Dining Selection, with Aji making its debut as a Platinum Restaurant.
Returning honorees Five Foot Road and Imperial Court were named a Diamond Restaurant and Platinum Restaurant, respectively.
Aji, led by Executive Sous Chef Pan Sihui, serves contemporary Asian cuisine and has held one MICHELIN Star for two consecutive years.
Five Foot Road, led by Executive Sous Chef Yang Dengquan, focuses on Chengdu-style Sichuan cuisine inspired by traditional mansion banquets. The restaurant has also received one MICHELIN Star and recognition from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and Forbes Travel Guide.
Imperial Court, led by MGM Executive Chef Homan Tsui and Chef de Cuisine Ki Chan, specializes in refined Lingnan cuisine. It has received One-Diamond recognition from the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and Five-Star recognition from Forbes Travel Guide.
Trip.Gourmet, now in its 10th year, covers more than 200 cities worldwide.
