As the new school year approaches, local transportation authorities are gearing up to ensure a smooth start for students. At a meeting, held yesterday, involving the Transportation Bureau (DSAT), Public Security Police Force (PSP), and Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) focused on enhancing bus services and traffic management as approximately 80% of schools reopen on Sep. 2. Additional personnel will be deployed at busy traffic points, and bus schedules will be adjusted to accommodate increased demand. Key road projects are expected to be completed by Aug. 31, minimizing disruptions.
