The University of Macau (UM) recently hosted a forum on the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) regulation and the transformation of research outcomes. The event gathered over 100 experts, scholars and officials from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and other Asian regions. Discussions focused on regulatory cooperation, industry-academia integration and commercialization of research. Keynote speakers included Academician Xiao Wei of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Indonesian Drug Regulatory Agency deputy director-general William Adi Teja, among others.
