USJ signs theology partnership with UCP

_coluna-MG_8017The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) has signed an agreement with the University of Portugal (UCP), under which graduates of USJ’s Christian Studies program will be awarded canonical degrees in theology, recognized by all Catholic Theological Faculties. The agreement, signed on Thursday at the Saint Joseph Seminary, marks a deepening collaboration between the two higher education institutions, said a representative of USJ. Present at the signing was the Bishop of the Diocese of Macao, Jose Lai; the Dean of UCP’s Faculty of Theology, Joao Lourenço; and the Dean of USJ’s Faculty of Religious Studies, Arnold Monera.
