Wynn recently collaborated with the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide as official venue partner in Macau to host the first in a series of “Seeking Mountain and Sea to Rediscover the Flavours of China” events set to take place all across China in partnership with cognac brand, Hennessy. The journey brings together China’s best chefs from the “Black Pearl Chef Club”.
Two award-winning chefs of the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide – executive chef Tam Kwok Fung of Wing Lei Palace in Macau, recipient of the “2023 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Chef of the Year” award as well as chef Xu Jingye of 102 House Shanghai who received the “2023 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Young Chef” honor – combined their culinary minds to host the launch event.
Recently, the chefs partnered to create two “Seeking Mountain and Sea to Rediscover the Flavours of China” four-hand collaborative gala dinners – one in Shanghai and another at Wynn Palace in Macau.
