Wynn Macau unveils Drunken Fish

Wynn Macau has introduced its latest culinary gem, Drunken Fish, with a concept that promises to delight diners with a selection of the finest seafood and wines. Executive Chef Henry Zhang Zhicheng, renowned for his innovative approach to Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisines, will lead the kitchen.

The menu will feature an array of rare seafood dishes, crafted with diverse cooking techniques to create dynamic dining experiences that invite guests to explore new flavors. The restaurant’s Chinese name, “Jiu Kun,” reflects both China’s rich cultural heritage and Wynn’s vision for the future. “Jiu” evokes the premium seafood offerings and the allure of liquor, encouraging guests to indulge in exceptional dishes paired with Moutai and fine Chinese wines. “Kun” is inspired by the legendary Master of the Sea, symbolizing the ocean’s vastness. Drunken Fish will also host Macau’s only Moutai Bar.
