In order to promote the development of classical music in Macau, as well as raise the training and musical interpretation ability of young musicians and offer learning and performance opportunities, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has organized the 33rd Macau Young Musicians Competition. This year the competition is dedicated to piano, and will take place between August 2 and 8. All interested parties are invited to apply online from April 13 to 18, and in person from April 19 and 22. According to a press release issued by the IC, online applications will be available from 10 a.m. on April 13 to 9 p.m. on April 18 through the webpage www.icm.gov.mo/cjmm.
