14 cooperation agreements at construction forum

The 7th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) concluded on Friday. More than 1,400 participants from 60 countries and regions, attended the forum, at which 14 cooperation agreements and cooperation memoranda were arranged, according to a statement this week by the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM).
Jackson Chang, president of IPIM, said the IIICF is promoting regional cooperation as well as the development of related industries in Macau. He stressed that the forum had over the years, hosted around 8,000 industry representatives and experts from over 100 countries and regions.
Fang Qiuchen, president of the China International Contractors Association, said that this year’s forum resulted in improvements to the event’s international influence, its function as an international platform and its capability to drive developments in infrastructure and related industries.
Founded in 2010 by China International Contractors Association with the approval by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, IIICF serves as a platform of communication, exchange and cooperation for investment and construction of infrastructure.
