The Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) has concluded an inquiry into the construction project at Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues No. 465-513 (Land plot 134 of ZAPE) to investigate allegations of wrongdoing during the building’s approval process, specifically its height. According to the conclusion report, the CCAC did not identify any action that could constitute an administrative illegality or irregularity. The inquiry was prompted by a complaint by local parties to the UNESCO World Heritage Center, alleging that local officials and government departments had illegally increased the approved height from 60 to 90 meters.
