CESL Asia showcases AI-driven sustainable solutions at MIF

CESL Asia is participating in the 29th Macau International Trade and Investment Fair (MIF), where it is presenting AI-driven digital solutions aimed at enhancing sustainability in operations and construction management, according to a press release , according to a press release distributed yesterday by the Macau-based company. CESL Asia will showcase four key products: ORTUX, ACCENTA AI, OSMOS, and NOVADE.

ORTUX, developed with a local technology partner, is a platform for managing people, assets, and resources. It aims” to improve operational efficiency by over 35% and reduce facility maintenance costs by up to 35%” through AI-based strategies. ACCENTA AI, developed with the EREN Group, optimizes energy consumption in buildings, reducing carbon emissions by up to 95% and cutting energy use by up to 80%, the statement reads.

OSMOS, also from EREN Group, uses data-driven maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of infrastructure, while NOVADE digitizes construction site processes, enhancing productivity and safety. Already established in regions such as Singapore and Hong Kong, NOVADE is designed to streamline maintenance management and reduce safety compliance time by 50%.

CESL Asia’s participation at MIF also “underscores its commitment to developing local talent and strengthening Macau’s technology sector.” Visitors are invited to explore these innovations at booth M38, the company said.
