Canton_low-res Lifestyle magazine Wine Spectator has awarded five restaurants at Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao and Sands Macao for their wine lists. Canton, North and Portofino at The Venetian Macao as well as Conrad Macao’s Dynasty 8 at Sands Cotai Central received the Best of Award of Excellence, while Sands Macao’s Copa Steakhouse received the Award of Excellence. These latest accolades follow awards from the 2015 China Wine List Awards.
“As in previous years, we are thrilled and honored to be recognized by Wine Spectator for the fourth year in a row,” said Charles Newland, senior vice president of food and beverage and director of Paiza operations for Sands China Ltd. “We work tirelessly to ensure that every single guest who visits our restaurants has the best possible experience, and that includes offering the most extensive wine list we can. Awards like these reassure us that we are doing a good job for our guests and encourage us to continue working hard to maintain the highest standards.”
