To mark the 11th anniversary of the annual Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau, City of Dreams will present a gala dinner themed “Metamorphosis” on Dec. 11.
For one night only, six acclaimed chefs from two and three-Michelin-starred restaurants will join hands to craft a dining experience, the gaming operator noted in a statement.
This year’s theme is inspired by the modern evolution of culinary trends and the industry’s proclivity to adapt in several ways.
In addition to City of Dreams’ own chefs, Fabrice Vulin of two-Michelin-star The Tasting Room and Kelvin Au Yeung Man Yin of two-Michelin-star Jade Dragon, the event will feature visiting culinary masters such as Alain Ducasse, Masa Takayama, Chan Yan Tak and David Kinch.
The evening will conclude with French pastry creations by the legendary Pierre Hermé.
