The Michelin Guide has once again recognized the Golden Peacock at The Venetian Macao as a one-star restaurant, signifying “a very good restaurant in its category,” for the third year in a row.
“I am extremely proud that Michelin has recognized the Golden peacock again, both from a personal perspective and for my very talented team,” said Keralan native, Chef Justin Paul. “We strive to offer the best regional Indian cuisine to our guests and we work hard to adapt the menu to ensure that our guests get not only the best possible experience but also one that they will not have had anywhere else in Macau.”

city of dreams’ the tasting room and jade dragon gain two michelin stars

Melco’s French chef-d’oeuvre The Tasting Room and the Chinese restaurant Jade Dragon have increased their Michelin star tally to two each in the newly published Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2016. The awards mark the fourth and third years respectively that The Tasting Room and Jade Dragon have been recognized for their continued excellence by the Michelin Guide, making them the only two restaurants in Macau to enjoy an elevated star status and two of only 16 outlets in Macau to receive the honor.
