image005The Michelin Guide has once again recognized the Golden Peacock at The Venetian Macao as a one-star restaurant, signifying “a very good restaurant in its category,” for the third year in a row.
“I am extremely proud that Michelin has recognized the Golden peacock again, both from a personal perspective and for my very talented team,” said Keralan native, Chef Justin Paul. “We strive to offer the best regional Indian cuisine to our guests and we work hard to adapt the menu to ensure that our guests get not only the best possible experience but also one that they will not have had anywhere else in Macau.”

The-St.-Regis-Macao-announces-partnership-with-Nick-Moloneyst. regis macao partners with sailor nick moloney

The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central, scheduled to open in December, is pairing with two-time America’s Cup sailor Nick Moloney.
Paul Cunningham, General Manager for The St. Regis Macao, says; “St. Regis is known for delivering experiences beyond expectations and if there is one sailor who truly lives this value it is Nick Moloney. We are delighted to announce our partnership with a man whose historic achievements speak for themselves and whose stories of life at sea have inspired many.”
With 15 world sailing speed records under his belt Nick Moloney knows about living at high-speed.  “Life in the fast lane, of chasing speed records and trying to beat the competition, means you often forget to stop and take a look around. I am still chasing dreams but St. Regis epitomizes what it is to take a rest from life’s hectic pace and truly admire the world. I am honored to be working with The St. Regis Macao and look forward to a strong partnership.”

Tasting Room, City of Dreams, Macaucity of dreams’ the tasting room and jade dragon gain two michelin stars

Melco’s French chef-d’oeuvre The Tasting Room and the Chinese restaurant Jade Dragon have increased their Michelin star tally to two each in the newly published Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2016. The awards mark the fourth and third years respectively that The Tasting Room and Jade Dragon have been recognized for their continued excellence by the Michelin Guide, making them the only two restaurants in Macau to enjoy an elevated star status and two of only 16 outlets in Macau to receive the honor.
“We are absolutely delighted to see City of Dreams prove once again that it is a must-stop location for fine dining in Macau. That Michelin has again recognized the quality of food and service at The Tasting Room and Jade Dragon – as thousands of loyal customers have over the past year – is testament to the hard work that the management, the staff and, of course, our celebrated chefs have invested to reach this pinnacle of culinary excellence and quality,” said Mr. Kristoffer Luczak, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Melco Crown Entertainment Limited.
