Altira Macau will present Nordic cuisine and panoramic views of Macau at its redecorated Yi Pavilion from now until December 17, available every Thursday to Saturday.
Renowned Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, with an eponymous restaurant that has been awarded two Michelin stars and was listed in “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”, will craft two menus of modern Scandinavian dishes with subtle Japanese influences for up to 12 guests per night.
Frantzén Group’s head mixologist Oskar Johansson, who also manages cocktail bar Corner Club in the Old Town of Stockholm, will also create a variety of Nordic-style cocktails for guests at the bar of the Aurora restaurant for the duration of the event.
The two-month event will transform Yi Pavilion into a distinctive version of Restaurant Frantzén.
