Corporate Bits | MGM: Five dining outlets recognized by tourist office

1 - QTSAS 星級服務商戶奬Five signature MGM Macau dining outlets have earned the “Star Merchant Awards – Deluxe Restaurants” under the Quality Tourism Services Accreditation Scheme (QTSAS) organized for the first time by the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO). With Aux Beaux-Arts Brasserie, Rossio, Imperial Court, Grand Imperial Court and Square Eight all on the winning list, MGM Macau has truly earned the lion’s share of the awards, more than any other hotel in Macau.
The scheme’s winners are recognized with awards that reflect consistently high levels of service through a series of stringent assessments, including a service management system audit and the mystery shopping assessments followed by a final review and approval by an independent assessment committee chaired by the director of the MGTO.
“I’m very honored to receive such recognition as a result of the passion and professionalism from our Food and Beverage team members,” says Hans Hordijk, vice president of Food and Beverage. “As a globally acclaimed casino hotel, these five awards are a fitting testament to the quintessential standard of service as well as the quality of food and beverage our team achieves every day.  Our aim is to create an exceptional dining experience for both our local and international guests.”
