MGM Macau will delight both Western and Chinese food lovers with two limited delicacies this September. Aux Beaux Arts French Restaurant is bringing its fourth Belle Epoque prix fixe menu, while Imperial Court Chinese Restaurant is presenting the seasonal Giant Marbled Eel.
To revisit the artistic ambience of Nouvelle Athènes and align with the Edgar Degas: Figures in Motion exhibition currently at the MGM, Aux Beaux Arts has crafted a brand new five-course menu as the fourth chapter in the five Belle Epoque menu series, which is only available in September.
The menu includes a refreshing aperitif cocktail “Clair de Lune” and a set of collectors’ cards as souvenir.
Meanwhile as Giant Marbled Eel is ranked highest among the different varieties of eels for its rarity and exceptional nutritional benefits, Imperial Court will present a menu of the valued eels, available only on September 9, 10, 23 and 24.
