1 40551Paris Saint-Germain will play a pre-season game in Hong Kong against the local run-away and undefeated league champions, Kitchee, on July 29 at the Hong Kong Stadium. The kick-off time will be 8:00 p.m.
In preparation for the trip to Asia to face Hong Kong champions Kitchee FC, and to participate in the Trophée des Champions, Manager Laurent Blanc said that he is bringing his strongest available team.
“This is the club’s first ever trip to Asia. It will also be my first trip to Hong Kong as the manager of Paris Saint-Germain. The match against Kitchee will be an important match for us to prepare for the Trophée des Champions. We are currently having our pre-season training camp and will have a few practice matches here in Austria before flying out to Hong Kong. At the moment, players are working hard to get themselves back to match-fitness conditions. We look forward to having a good match against Kitchee,” Manager Laurent Blanc said.
“I have heard a lot about this beautiful city, Hong Kong, and have been informed that there are more and more PSG fans out there. We hope this trip to Hong Kong and Beijing is the beginning of our close encounter with our fans in Asia. I am delighted to have almost all of the first team players with me on this tour,” he added.

Shoppes at venetian welcomes an H&M store

H&M Opens First Australian StoreShoppes at Venetian will be enhancing its high street retail offering with the introduction of the Swedish fashion brand H&M in the form of a new duplex store, totaling more than 21,000 square feet of retail space, in 2015.
“H&M is a perfect fit for our retail strategy at Shoppes at Venetian. We know that consumers now prefer creating their own style, and the fashion offered by H&M enables them to be ‘fashion-creative’ in every season,” said David Sylvester, senior vice president of Global Retail, Sands Retail. “The H&M store will complement the existing retail mix at Shoppes at Venetian, which consists of 330 world-renowned fashion and lifestyle brands, and restaurants, within the 1-million-square-foot mall.”
Established in Sweden in 1947, H&M is one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, with a business concept of offering both fashion and quality at the best price. The store will showcase a wide range of fashion items, from updated classics and basics, to clothes that reflect the very latest international trends.
“Our team’s goal is to stay ahead of the consumer curve, and position our retail offers to help dictate consumer trends,” Sylvester added. “With the addition of H&M at Shoppes at Venetian, the recent expansion at Shoppes at Cotai Central, the opening of the newly renovated Shoppes at Four Seasons in fall this year, and the launch of Shoppes at Parisian in late 2015, we are confident that Shoppes’ dominance of the retail market will further set ourselves apart from the competition in Macau, and in the wider Asia region.”
