SJM Resorts has announced the return of the Michelin star table series, marking their fourth consecutive collaboration with Michelin Guide.

The series will pay homage to Italian mastery at Don Alfonso 1890, located within Grand Lisboa Palace, on Oct. 18 and Oct. 19.

Promising impeccable Italian dining and atmosphere, the series features a five-course lunch and a six-course dinner.

The series will also showcase a team of three Italian culinary masters: Chef Andrea Migliaccio from two Michelin starred L’Olivo, as well as Head Chef Federico Pucci and Chef Ernesto Iaccarino from Don Alfonso 1890.

Chef Migliaccio said, “It is an honor to be part of this ensemble and this unique event, which also represents an exceptional two-fold opportunity,” referring to sharing Italian culinary traditions with friends in Macau and creating connections between a variety of interpretations in the Italian gastronomic heritage.
