Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central is presenting a variety of dining offers to celebrate the Year of the Dog, where guests can take their pick from traditional Chinese New Year dishes to family-style feasts.

This Lunar New Year, Xin at Sheraton is adding a number of hot dishes that can be ordered as part of its traditional hot pot buffet, for both lunch and dinner. Highlights include “Abundance,” (braised pig feet and lotus root with sea moss), “Perennial Joy” (Wok-fried prawns with Sichuan-style) and “Happiness” (Braised lamb shank with bamboo shoots and black mushroom).

Meanwhile Feast will offer an array of dishes from fresh seafood and sushi to pizzas and a live waffle station.

Between February 15 to 20, guests can celebrate Chinese New Year throughout the day with Palms’ “Prosperous Afternoon Tea Set.”

The menu features all-time favorites, such as Parma ham rossettes, pear and gorgonzola chutney; hokkaido scallop, black pudding and apple jam; and Mini Breton tartlets with almond cream and apricots.

Mercedes-Benz delivers 5,400 new vehicles in 2017 to Hong kong, Macau

Mercedes-Benz recorded its most successful year in 2017, the company announced in a statement, increasing its unit sales by 9.9 percent to almost 2.29 million vehicles.

The car division’s growth last year was driven in particular by the new E-Class Saloon and Estate and the SUVs.

As a result of its success in all three core regions – Europe, Asia-Pacific and NAFTA – Mercedes-Benz was the best-selling premium brand in the automobile industry for the second consecutive year.

In Hong Kong, Mercedes- Benz delivered more than 5,400 new vehicles in Hong Kong and Macau.

In its first full year, the new E-Class became the best-selling model in its class with more than 1,390 units sold.

SUV stayed strong in 2017. With more than 1,000 units sold, the new GLC has achieved more than 23 percent increment in sales.

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, AMG has completed its GT family with the GT C Roadster and GT R.
