Corporate Bits | Sichuan moon opens at Wynn palace

Wynn Palace Cotai announced the arrival of Sichuan Moon – a restaurant with internationally acclaimed Chef André Chiang.

The restaurant will reinterpret the flavors of Sichuan cuisine, gathering seasonal ingredients and using creative concepts to elevate the presentation of each dish. According to a statement issued by the gaming operator, specialty teas sourced from China’s tea plantations will also be served.

Chef André has designed a Sichuan Moon Degustation Menu, featuring dishes that blend local and international ingredients.

As the dishes on his degustation menu are specially crafted and require significant time to prepare, only a limited selection of these dishes is available each day. The sommeliers pair the dishes with world-renowned wines and teas selected to bring out the essence of the cuisine.

Sands China offers easter specialties at its properties

Eight restaurants at Sands Resorts Macao and Sands Macao will offer a series of Easter specialties to celebrate the season from April 19 to 22.
