10-finalistssands china team members perform in talent and quiz show

Sands China’s team members were in the spotlight Friday night at the Cotai Arena. The “Start Your Show” team member talent competition and “Because We Know – Sands China Product Knowledge Competition” both held their finales at the Cotai Arena.
“It is our pleasure to be able to offer these two exciting competitions for our team members,” said Antonio Ramirez, senior vice president of human resources for Sands China Ltd. “The team members – the ones on stage and those in the audience – enjoy themselves tremendously every year, and we get to witness a fantastic display of diverse talent. This tradition is just one of the ways we aim to provide an outstanding work experience for our team members – who are the heart of our business and the key to our success.”
Wang Chao from Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central, took home “Start Your Show’s” Best Performance Award for her singing performance, while Randy Llarinas from Sands Macao’s Concierge Team won the “Start Your Show” 2015 Team Member Award for his singing. In addition, each of the top 10 performers received a Top 10 award for making it to the finale of “Start Your Show”, with acts ranging from singing, dancing and beatboxing to flair bartending.
