Customs seize cigars, electronics, and seafood in eight smuggling cases

Macau Customs intercepted eight smuggling cases from November 23–27, seizing about 4,152 grams of cigars, 157 used electronic items, 70 kg of pineapples, 65 memory cards, and 38 kg of hairy crabs. The cases were detected at the Border Gate and Macau ports of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The eight suspects, aged 33–67, included a local man caught transporting 38 kg of hairy crabs and a mainland man found trying to smuggle 2,635 grams of cigars in his personal belongings.
