Drones banned in Macau during Grand Prix

The Civil Aviation Authority has implemented a drone ban throughout the Macau Peninsula until November 16, when the 72nd Grand Prix ends. This is according to regulations stipulated in Article 66 of the “Macau Air Navigation Regulations,” approved by Administrative Order No. 43/2021. The measure ensures the smooth running of this year’s Grand Prix and prevents potential risks and disturbances. Violators of the drone ban will face fines ranging from MOP2,000 to MOP20,000. Residents are urged to cooperate to maintain the safety and order of the event.
