DSAL and Wynn launch culinary apprentice program

The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) and Wynn Resorts Macau have launched the “Wynn Culinary Apprentice Program,” accepting applications from May 7 to 13. The initiative offers 10 positions-five each for Chinese and Western kitchen trainees-on a “hire first, then train” basis. Participants receive professional training from Wynn’s Restaurant Management Academy and renowned chefs, balancing theory and practice. Interviews are set for May 20.
