The first phase of the Coloane Reclaimed Water Plant is nearly complete and will supply reclaimed water for toilet flushing and landscaping at Seac Pai Van estate and the University of Macau (UM). On Jan. 6, the Marine and Water Bureau (DSAMA) met with UM to discuss technical requirements, water quality standards, system specifications, testing methods, and public awareness efforts.
