DSF sees gaming revenue and public finances rise

The Financial Services Bureau (DSF) reported that 2025 gaming tax revenue reached MOP94.85 billion, up 7.6% from 2024, with a public finance surplus of MOP19.88 billion, a 26% increase. Recurrent government revenue was MOP114.64 billion, rising 4.6% year-on-year, while total revenue, including capital income, grew to MOP118.29 billion, with gaming taxes accounting for around 80%. Central government recurrent expenditure totaled MOP79.2 billion, contributing to an annual total of MOP98.4 billion, up 4.4% from the previous year.
