Forbes Travel Guide named MGM Macau a Five-Star Hotel for the sixth consecutive year in its 2021 Star Rating list, the gaming operator announced in a statement.
Tria spas at both MGM Macau and MGM Cotai also achieved a Five-Star recognition for the second year in a row, further amplifying MGM’s reputation as a “leader in the hospitality industry, offering guests the finest service and resort amenities.”
Pansy Ho, co-chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “The provision of intuitive service and top-notch facilities will remain at the very core of making great moments for our guests.
“We will excel with a culture that is truly customer centric and innovative to go hand in hand with the Macau community in shaping the city into a World Center of Tourism and Leisure,” the executive pledged.
