Urban Kitchen at JW Marriott Hotel Macau topped up its buffet line with an additional Latin American corner this spring.
The dining experience will explore the diverse gastronomic Latin regions, starting with South America in February and the Caribbean in March.
Guests can explore the cuisine of Peru, Argentina, Brazil, and more every week of February, from casual street food to elevated classics, the hotel announced in a statement.
This month’s highlight includes the popular Chinese-Peruvian culinary fusion dish, Arroz Chaufa (Peruvian Seafood Fried Rice), filled with rich seafood.
