GEG relaunches ‘U-LEAD Graduate Internship Program’

This year, in support of the 2021 internship career experience program organized by the Labor Affairs Bureau (DSAL) for the second year, Galaxy Entertainment Group relaunched the U-LEAD Graduate Internship Program (U-LEAD).
Offering a three-month integrated resorts internship to university graduates, U-LEAD aims at giving participants the work experiences needed to develop their professional skills and enhance their competiveness.
An opening ceremony was held earlier at the ballroom of Banyan Tree Macau in Galaxy Macau.
This year’s U-LEAD continues to provide a variety of internship opportunities across a number of departments, including Hotel Operations, Housekeeping, Marketing and Facilities Management, and others. Integrating comprehensive skills training and professional guidance.
U-LEAD will provide up to 200 hours of corporate, departmental and on-the-job training to all participants so that they can enhance their professional skills, accumulate work experiences and obtain a deeper understanding of the operations of large-scale integrated resorts.
