Gourmet Pavilion at Wynn Palace has been named a Global Category Winner at the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2025, an international competition recognizing innovation and excellence in food and beverage space design.
The pavilion was honored in the Lighting category, with judges describing the space as a “stage-like area with extravagance and richness.” Located within Wynn Palace, Gourmet Pavilion houses 18 of Asia’s leading culinary brands in a European-style marketplace.
Its design, created by Wynn Design and Development in collaboration with David Collins Studio and Lighting Design International, features ornate mosaic arches, a Bohemian glass chandelier, and a custom mirrored sculpture, reflecting a blend of global craftsmanship and cultural heritage.
Launched in 2009, the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards received 1,100 entries from 61 countries in 2025 and is recognized as one of the leading international competitions for restaurant and bar design.
