The Public Security Police (PSP) announced yesterday the arrest of a male secondary school student who confessed to taking 67 upskirt photos and 50 videos with his mobile phone, claiming that his actions were driven by “adolescent curiosity about the opposite sex.”
According to the police, the student was arrested last week while attempting to take more upskirt photos and videos of a 30-year-old woman, during which he reportedly lifted her dress and secretly used his mobile phone to capture images of her on a pedestrian flyover on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues.
The police reported that the underaged student admitted to secretly filming the woman. During the investigation, officers discovered three photographs and one video of the woman on his mobile phone, along with 64 additional photographs and 49 videos of unidentified women taken since September.
Currently, the police have reported the case to the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) and the Social Welfare Bureau (IAS). YL
