The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) has opened applications for the “Local View Power” programme to support film production in Macau, with submissions accepted until April 10. The initiative invites Macau SAR resident ID holders aged 18 or above to apply under three categories: documentary, short feature, and animation, each with advanced, open, and freshmen levels. Up to 16 projects will be selected, sharing prizes of up to MOP1.55 million, with a maximum of MOP280,000 per project for production. Selected teams will receive professional mentoring and possible international film festival promotion support.
